LOGISTEX INVERTER INFO, SEW MOTOR SET UP

LOGISTEX INVERT CHANGE

The Lenze inverters we supply come with an ‘EDM module’ as standard fitted into the front of each inverter.

These modules hold the parameter etc which can be exchanged into a new inverter, so no programming required.

LOGISTEX SEW MOTOR SET UP

On the SEW drives if they can set the following for us would be a big help:

1.: Unscrew the front plastic cup and set the rotaswitch to position 10.

2.: Take off the same plate and set it up like this:

3.: On the Lenze i550 there is no need to set anything up, however it would be a very big help for us if we know which drive goes to which position.

To achieve this, we need them to write down the MAC Address from the front plate and the position number of the conveyor. They can find the MAC address here:

THE MOVIMOTS

To replace the top part of a movimot (not the base unit), you need to set the various DIP switches and record the new MAC address. After this you need to detect the new motor using Proneta software which will display the new motor (MAC address), the IP address needs to be downloaded to this motor so that the PLC can communicate with it.

Each motor has an IP address that should be recorded in the manual.

Alternatively, Logistex can set up the LTE routers in the main panels so that we can dial in and do this remotely, all the customers would need to do is set the DIP switches and tell us the new MAC address. This would be chargeable and ultimately lead to some sort of service contract though.
