Innovate Recruitment are recruiting a Contracts Manager on behalf of a long-standing and reputable civils and highway technology contractor to deliver major infostructure installation and maintenance projects across Dublin
Your Responsibilities
• As a member of the Project Management team, the successful Contractor Manager will develop plans and processes, to improve efficient ways of working.
• To ensure all Instructions and Change Orders are correctly acted upon
• The Successful project manager will monitor and record all materials and resource costs associated with the contract and chase any claims which have not been approved
• You will develop trusting relationships with the Clients, stakeholders, and key suppliers
• Ensure that all commercial aspects meet statutory, contractual, and internal requirements
• Overall management of multiple contracts at one time from cradle to grave.
• Progress meetings with Site Managers, clients, and local authorities for each site.
• Undertake regular site inspections
• Writing RAMS & checking of site documentation from Site Managers.
• Dealing with contractual matters.
• Involvement in site pre-lim meetings and pre-construction.
Skills and Knowledge
• Must have the capability of managing projects at all stages; pre-con, through delivery and snagging works.
Experience
• Must have proven experience working as Contracts Manager on civil engineering and infrastructure projects as PC.
• Must have sound experience in managing budgets cost schedules and financials
