Divisional Manager.

We're looking for a driven and ambitious individual to be the captain of our sales team! An exciting opportunity to lead, train, coach, and develop our salespeople while paving the way for the next generation of talent. Plus, create new business opportunities and help us reach our targets

The Role

- Build and lead a team of consultants to deliver and exceed set business targets

- Train, coach and develop all talent to ensure consistent best performance

- Ensure the division always delivers exceptional client and candidate service, in line with the Innovate brand

- Produce, analyse and use M.I. to demonstrate exceeding performance, using plans to build on results

- Ensure personal revenue targets are achieved and divisional targets exceeded (10%/90%)

- Learn the DNA of Innovate, its values, culture and vision, to bring it to life in leading the division

- Regularly visit new and existing clients to develop deep value-adding relationships

- Strong relationships with existing clients to ensure full business potential is realised

- Continue with your professional development, including keeping up to date with new and best practices

Skills & Knowledge

- Significant recruitment industry experience

- A highly successful track record in new business acquisition

- Experience in driving process improvements to streamline recruitment procedures

- High degree of energy, drive and self-motivation to prioritise and achieve set goals

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Expert in coaching and team development

- Able to work under pressure and achieve targets/deadlines

- At least 5 years of experience within a fast-paced recruitment agency

- Has had roles ideally that involved managing teams, training and coaching people

- Management recognised qualifications

- Track record of achieving divisional sales targets, whilst self-billing

What you'll get in return

Salary £35,000 - £50,000 + Performance Bonus

Commission Pay

Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Mon-Fri, a total of 45 hours per week
